The house that reminds you of sugar icing, by Rufino Loya Rivas.
La Casa de Azúcar is the work of Rufino Loya Rivas, who died in 2022. He made a promise to his wife that he would embellish this house so that she would be proud to live in it. So he ended up creating this structure, which today is considered a true work of art. The house is reminiscent of sugar icing, a name Rivas was not averse to. He saw his house as a love letter to El Paso, his adopted city, and its citizens.
