This museum allows you to discover the first inhabitants of the region and to follow their evolution until the arrival of the Europeans in the 16th century. You will see, in particular, a replica of a ruined village as well as an Apache hut. The museum also maintains a trail decorated with plants native to this part of Texas. Among the permanent exhibits is one on the ancient city of Paquimé and the Casas Grandes culture, a vast ruin located in northwestern Mexico.
