Reata Alpine is an excellent address, specializing in Southwestern cuisine, with tasty, juicy dishes. You'll taste flavors that are unusual for a European. We highly recommend the Pan-Seared Pepper Crusted Tenderloin with Port Wine Sauce, as well as the grits with jalapeños. Expensive, yes, but truly to die for. The name Reata refers to the famous ranch in the film Giant, starring James Dean. The film was shot in the town of Marfa, some forty kilometers from Alpine.

Une excellente adresse à Alpine à ne surtout pas rater. La cuisine y est satisfaisante et le service agréable.
