Jett's Grill is Hotel Paisano's bar-restaurant. You can dine here, but the locals tend to come for an aperitif or a drink at the end of the day. The margaritas are particularly renowned. As for the food, we can recommend the very good Texan poutine (of generous proportions)! Place your order and sit down in the courtyard around the fountain. It's the place to be to start the evening.
