OJINAGA

One of the easiest Mexican cities to access on the border between Mexico and the United States. Of course, there are controls, but they are usually more relaxed here than elsewhere. Ojinaga and Presidio were once one city, founded in the ^13th century. But be careful, Ojinaga is not spared from cartel violence. An access ramp opens up to the sumptuous Peguis Canyon, located 25 miles from Ojinaga, much higher than those found in Big Bend Park.
