MILCHKUTSCH
On the other side of the Rhine, past the town hall of Kehl and the pedestrian pedestrian area, there is a very nice restaurant. The kitchen is inventive and refined: Chief Claude Hare is French. The reception is warm, the place is delicious, with its lovely terrace with the spring glass tablecloths and its flowering windows. Here you can taste the soup of fish in saffron, the coasted calf head on a salad bed, the Scottish salmon tartar and its blinis, the spaghetti of seafood, garlic and basil, or the vinaigrette beef paleron in vinaigrette, the Irish beef Strip à with her pick of potatoes. The wine list is quite eclectic and makes it possible to discover the wines of Durbach, a nearby wine-growing commune. Inside, clean and intimate frames, tablecloths and towels in white fabrics and champagne, bright benches. For the little history, Milchkutsh means "chariot", the place was once the milk depot in Kehl, but there are still some remains.
