Domaine Acer in Auclair, part of the ÉCOMUSÉE network, suggests a guided tour with a small tasting as a bonus.

Vallier Robert is the artisan maple syrup producer behind all the fabulous products from the eponymous estate. With his wife Nathalie Decaigny and her fine team, he develops his products and his business. The domaine offers maple sap wines, maple syrup and fine products such as butters, jellies, terrines, chocolates and candies. As part of the ÉCONOMUSÉE network, you can take a guided tour of the company and its facilities, with a small tasting session as a bonus. 2 km trail, boutique, café.
