A gourmet address in Bromont's Old Village, chef Anthony Mesko's table (formerly Bouillon Bilk and Groupe Europea) has enjoyed an excellent reputation since opening in 2017. Flanked by a new decor and, above all, a more accessible menu, this restaurant puts the spotlight on bistronomy with dishes inspired by the flavors of the world while incorporating local Quebec products.
