LE BROUEMONT
Patrick Dunningan and his wife Diane Moreau first opened the Breeding's in Bedford, which was completely ravaged by a fire in 2002. The company then revived under the name Brouemont on its new premises in Bromont and paid its first pint of beer on March 25, 2004. Here everyone has their role. Patrick Brasseur, the brewer, manages delicious homemade beer and Diane manages the restaurant renowned for his steaks, sandwiches and burgers, in a warm setting with fireplaces and a mezzanine. In summer, enjoy the welcoming terrace, lined with vines, hardwood and cedar.
