j' étais déçu de l' Hôtel, le prix ne va pas avec la qualité, de plus il faisait froid dans la chambre, nous nous sommes reveiller avec un froid incroyable, il faisait 14°c dans la chambre malgré qu' on avait mis le chauffage en maximum, j' ai appelé la reception, ils ont dit qu' ils vont envoyer quelqu'un pour regler le probleme, mais personne n'est venu, jusqu' à ce qu' on quitte l'hôtel. je ne commande pas cet hôtel à personne. mauvais services, mauvais qualité, meme le lit était double pas queen à lors que j' avais reserver pour un lit queen.

I was staying in one of their condos. They charged my credit card in advance of our stay, then called me twice to say that they couldn't see the charge on their system. I explained that the charge was on my credit card, and it's not my fault they can't see it. They then charged me again! Three more phone calls requesting to reverse the second charge. I'm told it would take a few days. Then they charged me a third time! Unbelievable incompetence.

I got a refund for the two mistaken charges four days later. But if I hadn't realized, who knows whether they would have refunded me.
