Located just a few steps from the slopes in a chic chalet-style setting, this is the place for après-ski in Bromont! But the place is also frequented during the beautiful season. We come here to delight in its greedy burgers, comforting dishes, tarnishes and targs of charcuterie or cheese. It comes with friends for a pint of homemade beer or a tastefully prepared cocktail, to savor around the outdoor fire, or to dishangle on the dance floor in the evening. Concerts are often organized. That's that Edgar is also a microbrewery, that of the Brewers of West Shefford. Everything under one roof!
