AU REFUGE
Friendly restaurant offering generous dishes made from mountain products, with bull meat as a speciality
One of the little gustatory wonders of the resort! At the Refuge, the dishes are concocted with products directly from the mountains. Fondue, tartiflette, lasagna and homemade pancakes are available in a variety of ways. The speciality of the house: bull meat, served grilled or in daube. Meat lovers will also appreciate the impressive wild boar legs. However, those who wish to eat lighter can order a sushi platter, a more unusual proposal in a mountain setting.

The owner and staff are very friendly and very interesting menu is based on products of the Camargue.
For our part price we have a very good lasagne vegetable (with ratatouille and Reblochon) and a coast with bone bull camarguais (simply divine), with a little sympathy and herbs. Homemade desserts (crème brûlée simply super) and small hard stuff offered after the café.
Small note:: quality is paid, where a little high touch compared to the signs of sly little minx, but once again, super address.
In fact, the restaurant is on the roundabout of the Tourist Office, as not indicated on this site!
