This is an authentic, magnificent hotel located 200 m from the village square, in the purest tradition of mountain chalets. The restaurant, "La Table", has been awarded the Gault & Millau seal of approval, so you're sure to enjoy your meal with half-board. There's also a lounge bar, wellness area with sauna, heated swimming pool and solarium. Guests appreciate the beautiful, well-equipped rooms and impeccable service. The suites are even more impressive, with their wood-carved furnishings.

Im Internet wird damit geworben dass man das Schwimmbad und spa besuchen kann. Da wir selbst ein Appartement vor Ort haben, wollten wir dieses Angebot nutzen. Uns wurde sehr pampig mitgeteilt dass das Schwimmbad aktuell geschlossen sei. Wir liefen um die Ecke, um kurz nachzusehen, Schwimmbad war offen, Badegäste gerade drinnen.
Wir verstehen vollkommen wenn das Bad in der Saison nur für Hotelgäste zur Verfügung steht, das kann man aber auch einfach sagen. So kommen wir bestimmt nicht wieder, spas gibt es in Auron wirklich viele, auch solche in denen man freundlich empfangen wird.

Nous avons passé une semaine dans cet établissement et nous reviendrons avec plaisir la saison prochaine, très bon emplacement, literie confortable , personnel de la réception et du restaurant exceptionnel qui mérite 5 étoiles ! Accueil chaleureux et personnalisé. Un hôtel à taille humaine où on vous demandera une seule fois votre numéro de chambre car tous ont une excellente mémoire et le sens du service client , très bon petit déjeuner buffet avec jus de fruits frais. Excellent restaurant du soir en demi pension ; cuisine généreuse et qualitative. Peignoirs et chaussons à disposition dans la chambre (contrairement aux commentaires précédents donc hôtel qui se souci des remarques clients) . je me permet quelques remarques également pour amélioration : j’aurais aimé des oreillers de qualité identique dans la chambre, certains méritent d’être remplacés. Le sèche cheveux de la 9 ne fonctionne pas, heureusement que je suis venu avec le mien. Regret que la piscine n’ait pas été en fonctionnement pendant notre séjour mais nous avons pu profiter du jacuzzi très agréable. Arrivée avec un bébé nous avons dû attendre 16:30 pour accéder à notre chambre, Check in un peu tardif et peu confortable, late check out pas possible … mais en vu de toutes les autres qualités de cet hôtel il mérite ses 4 étoiles ! Merci à tout le personnel pour ce séjour très agréable ! En espérant retrouver la même équipe l’année prochaine ;) la famille de la chambre 9 avec le bébé ;)

Clean and tide room, charming decoration, confortable bed, well designed bathtub, good standard hammam and sauna, breakfast with local handmade products, quiet center location …
Only attention : eggs in breakfast need to pay 9€/p and this is excluding the breakfast fee
