At the top of the peak of La Colmiane which gave it its name, this restaurant is a must! Its view will charm you with its magnificent 360° panorama over all the Southern Alps. From the terrace, one can only be amazed by the grandeur of the surrounding nature. The owners' welcome is at its best and the plates are well filled with simple but fresh dishes: entrecote, burger, salad... The prices are reasonable. The restaurant - perched at an altitude of 1,800 m - is accessible by chairlift but also by road, if you are not afraid to take a stony path.
