Le Refuge is the ideal place to taste mountain specialities just a step away from the slopes. Rib of beef, fondue, tartiflette, ravioli niçois, daube, mont d'or... Here, you can relax after a day of effort and enjoy one of the many dishes concocted by the chef and his team. Cheese lovers will be delighted by the quality and quantity, as the portions are copious. In lighter version, salads and poke bowls are also proposed. As happiness never comes alone, the terrace is located south facing the slopes.

During our stay in Valberg, we have several times at the Refuge. It was always a treat for the tastebuds. Originality and flavour of crème brûlée with foie gras, soft copy of each dish refined, the sympathy of the " patron" and the service enchanted us.
Still thank you with the Refuge to have left us good memories of holidays.
