Establishment in a former monastery hosting events and offering traditional regional cuisine.

In the superb setting of a former monastery, converted and renovated with great taste, we welcome you in winter in a vast and luminous vaulted room with a view over the river. When the weather is fine, you will certainly choose the large terrace on the garden level. The establishment can host private or professional events in the former chapel of the Priory which has been transformed into a reception room that can hold up to 150 people. The cuisine is traditional with regional accents and the menu changes regularly.

Open all year round. Every day for lunch and dinner. Reservation recommended. Single menu at 20,70 € (starter + main course + dessert). Menu : 30 € approximately. Children's menu : 9 €. Vacation vouchers. Groups welcome (reservation required). Garden. Terrace. Organization of private events or professional seminars. Catering service at home (Roya Valley only).

Located in the Upper Roya Valley, 80 km from Nice, the Priory welcomes you in a green setting at the foot of the Valley of Wonders and Mount Bego. 24 rooms decorated with antique furniture and custom High Country, equipped with shower or bath, toilet, television (Canal +), direct dial telephone and private parking. You can taste our regional and local specialties on the terrace or in our vaulted dining room overlooking the patio.

Kleines nettes Hotel mit einem großen Video überwachten Parkplatz. Personal ist sehr freundlich und spricht auch englisch.
Es wird Abend ein 3 Gänge Menue angeboten. Zu einem sehr guten Preis und sehr lekker.
