This small port is none other than the port of Pyk, in the Iron Islands (season 2, ep. 2). The former Stark hostage, Theon Greyjoy, then returned to his family's land to take up his place as heir. In the waters of the port, he was also baptized by drowning (the Ironborn were not tender) season 2, ep. 3, like his uncle Euron Greyjoy, a few seasons later (season 6, ep. 5).
