BUSHMILLS INN RESTAURANT
Vegetable Tarte Tatin, fromage blanc and honey mousse; salmon filet with spinach, malt and orange sauce, shrimps and tomatoes; steak flambéed with whiskey, corn and black pepper cream... The restaurant's menu is very original and all dishes are absolutely delicious. You can eat in furnished booths, wooden benches and flowery fabrics, discreet gas lighting, friendly and very helpful staff. It is rural and chic at the same time. The products are local and the salmon is caught in the Bush river in front of the hotel.
