ATLANTIS SUBMARINE

Hawaii has its share of great American experiences. With locations in Waikiki on Oahu, Lahaina on Maui, and Kona on Hawaii Island, Atlantis invites you to explore the ocean floor aboard a submarine. And while it's a bit pricey for an hour underwater, it's still a unique experience. A motorboat takes you out to sea and suddenly, in the middle of the sea, after a countdown launched by the captain, a boat suddenly appears from the waves as if from nowhere. Once the passengers are settled in front of the portholes (between 48 and 64 passengers), the ship gently submerges and goes down towards several reefs at a depth of about 30 meters. The third and last stop is a shipwreck artificially sunk to allow the coral to grow (and it is good for the environment!). Magic atmosphere guaranteed from the beginning to the end, it is absolutely not comparable to snorkeling! The movements of the submarine are also unique and very different from a boat on the surface of the water. Throughout this underwater ride, you can see coral, fish, turtles, sharks (rarer), rays, and many other species of Hawaiian marine life. An unforgettable experience not to be missed! Note that the submarine has the originality to work thanks to a battery, so the trip is done without noise or emission to not disturb the marine life, a real plus.
