INSTITUTE OF INTENSIVE ENGLISH

Ideally located just steps from the sea and in the heart of Waikiki, the IIE (Institute of Intensive English) offers English language teaching as well as Academic English (Cambridge FCE and CAE, TOEFL). With its "Best Nationality Mix", the mix of students'nationalities is conducive to encouraging the constant practice of English within the school (the motto: " Here you speak only English! "). The 13 classes of the school do not exceed 15 pupils, thus promoting quality and proximity education. Alternating with the courses, many activities are proposed to better learn about Hawaiian culture and the discovery of the island (surfing courses, hula courses, hikes). Accommodation options vary between foster families, accommodation in residence, apartment or hotel. The participant is free to arrange his or her accommodation or to do so through the school. The school also offers a Summer Camp (so summer only) for the youngest ages of 6 to 17, which includes activities organized in the morning followed by English courses. IIE is accredited by several official American and foreign Agencies.
