A place of learning, not attraction, Obama's childhood school in Honolulu
Fans of Obama will be able to go and admire his childhood school and its pretty American-style campus. Be careful, don't expect to find souvenir stores or guided tours, it is a place of education and not an attraction. The pilgrimage is very symbolic but it is always interesting to be able to visualize his journey. The building where he grew up is also in downtown Honolulu.
