LA BOURGOGNE
Not to be missed if you miss French cuisine. As the sign at the entrance says, you have to pronounce it "Lah-bor-goan-yuh". That said, the owner is a Californian named Gallaher Moore, who opened this establishment in 1993 after having worked for several years in French gourmet restaurants on the American continent. All the specialties of France are on the menu: cassoulet, duck supreme, mussels Breton style... Finally, the food is good and the decoration, full of clichés on the "Frenchies", will make more than one smile!
