20 minutes from downtown, in a residential area of Kailua-Kona, a nice house with 4 suites perfectly equipped with kitchen (microwave, coffee machine...), LCD TV with cable, wifi... From the lanai (terraces), you have a view on the Kona coast and it's the ideal place to have your breakfast! Washing machine and dryer in self-service for 5 US$. Mattresses and beach towels are at the disposal of the customers. Be careful, the house is in altitude, the temperatures are cooler than on the beach.
