Hana Hou Restaurant is the southernmost restaurant in the United States! It's probably one of the oldest, too, because this little restaurant that mixes American and Hawaiian cuisine opened in 1940. The chef makes a point of using only ingredients produced on the island of Hawaii. Hana Hou serves breakfast from 8am to 11am and lunch from 11am to 5pm with good dishes based on grilled or marinated meats or seafood accompanied by fresh vegetables. Try the homemade passion fruit lemonade or the orange-guava juice.

bravo au chef de ce restaurant hana Hou à Naalehu. Sa cuisine est digne d'un chef étoilé. Il nous a régalé.
