Restaurant very appreciated by the locals for its loco moco (plate of rice covered with steak, omelette and sauce) to eat on the spot or to take away. Café 100 offers about thirty different versions, so it's impossible not to find something to suit your taste. Halfway between a canteen and a fast food restaurant, it is almost the last restaurant in Hawaii where you can eat cheap local food. It is also the ideal place to meet the local population who meet there to discuss, eat or simply spend time together.
