Hawaiian Walkways proposes to discover Waipio Valley on a day excursion. A mini-bus will pick you up in the morning to take you to the heart of the valley. Then take 3 to 5 hours of walk to join and cross Black Sand Beach. Provide waterproof footwear to cross rivers. A good plan if you stay on the West coast without car.
