Created in 2009 in Portland, this chain has quickly developed in the United States and abroad. And for good reason the concept is more than original: here it is up to you to cook! You start by choosing a pancake dough (chocolate, sweet potato, gluten-free...) then you choose what you want to put on it: macadamia nuts, bananas, mangoes, papayas, lemon curd, coconut peanut butter, and many others. We then pour the whole on the hot plate located in the center of the table, we turn over, and we taste, like pros!

Endroit sympa pour petit déjeuner, bruncher ou goûter
Faire ses propres pancakes avec la garniture de son choix, concept fun surtout avec des jeunes
En revanche, fonction des garnitures et de leur nombre, l'addition peut vite être salée
