A Saigon Cafe is a good Vietnamese restaurant with good prices and consistent proportions. We recommend the chicken salad or the steamed chicken curry dish. The waiters are particularly friendly with the customers. This is a change from other Hawaiian restaurants, the menu is vast and the dishes are prepared according to the Vietnamese tradition while using seasonal products that also grow on the island such as the green papaya, delicious in salad.
