Small beach dedicated to naturism since the arrival of hippies in Maui in 1960, swimming, snorkeling and boogie-boarding on site
You have to park your car in the Big Beach parking lot and walk along the beach towards Puu Olai, a volcanic cone in the shape of a hill. A slightly steep path leads to the top of the hill where the view of the sea is breathtaking. On the way down, we arrive at Little Beach, a small beach where most people are... naked! Naturism is illegal in Hawaii, but well, since the 1960s when the hippies, who came to Maui to commune with nature, made it their favorite beach. Swimming, snorkeling and boogie-boarding can be practiced quite easily.
