NUKA
In a very Japanese cosy setting, a Japanese cuisine with the great classics (rolls, sushi, sashimi, tempura...) but also creative dishes inspired by Hawaii. A treat! The specialty of the house is the rolls with a choice of asparagus, cucumber, soy, tofu, avocado, salmon, eel, crab, papaya or macadamia nuts, there is something for everyone. The word "nuka" means "rice bran" in Japanese because the restaurant refines its own rice, freshly picked grain covered with its golden skin that protects the white rice you eat.
