This is a unique attraction in Kauai! You go down the river of the old Lihue sugar plantation comfortably in a buoy (with a helmet on your head anyway) for about 3 hours and it's fun as hell. The tour passes through tunnels and canals dug in the 19th century to irrigate the site. A very original way to discover the landscapes and the history of this place whose agricultural activity stopped only in 2000.
