This is one of the most beautiful luaus (traditional Hawaiian show and dinner) on Kauai. The setting has a lot to do with the fact that the banquet is held in the beautiful gardens of Smith Tropical Paradise. The food is delicious and the show is less kitschy than elsewhere. For meat lovers, you can try pork roasted in a traditional "imu" oven, but also teriyaki beef, fish and chicken in the style of Grandma Smith! Initiation to the hula to digest!
