Billed as the "best fish tacos" on Kauai, Tiki Tacos is definitely a way to eat fresh fish on a budget. Open since 2012, this establishment brilliantly blends local produce with Mexican recipes. Everything is homemade, from the sauce to the tortilla. You can choose from a variety of meats (beef, pork, chicken) and fish (raw or cooked), but also fresh vegetables (avocado, cabbage, tomatoes...) and sauces to liven up your tacos.
