The former Eat Healthy Café is now Russell's named after... of the new owner's dog! A former stylist in New York, Kyoji left everything to take over this restaurant and serve food that resembles him: balanced dishes based on organic products with a large vegan choice. The ingredients are chosen locally and presented with care: we appreciate the gluten-free pancakes and the large choice of smoothies (with honey, coconut, ginger, cinnamon...).

Tout à fait d'accord avec petit futé, le cadre de ce resto à Kapaa est intime et romantique. J'adore!
