A very good address for hamburger lovers. Juicy, golden and crunchy, they have many fans among the locals. And for good reason, installed since 1936, Bubba is a real institution that has seen several generations of the same families come and go. The best part: the beef used in the burgers is local, raised on Kauai! Several vegetarian options. One thing is for sure, the team is not lacking in humor, ask them what the "Bubba attitude" is. A second location has opened in Poipu.

L'adresse est bonne et ça se voit (dans la catégorie snack américain - leur site annonce d'ailleurs la couleur : "We don't serve anything HEALTHY"): une longue queue de locaux et de touristes.
Des burgers variés (poisson du jour -attention rupture fréquente du fait de l'affluence), bien garnis et bons (réalisation à la commande). Les assiettes d'oignons frits, frings... sont servies bouillantes et même si c'est gras, c'est bon !
L'attente reste raisonnable.
Difficile de trouver une place assise à l'abri du soleil. Si vous y parvenez, vous serez sur des bancs face à la route (fréquentée mais ce n'est pas une autoroute !), avec surfeurs, poulets de Kauai... et l'océan au loin.
