Walkable beach with shallow water and protected by a rock barrier in Princeville.
Located in front of the former St Regis Princeville Hotel, which became 1 Hotel Hanalei Bay in 2021, this beach is much larger than Hideaways Beach. It is accessible by foot from the new 1 Hotel and Hanalei Bay Resort. Shallow waters protected by a rocky barrier. A good place to swim, even for toddlers. Snorkeling is easy, provided you go at high tide, as it is impossible to swim there when the tide is at its lowest. You may recognize the scenery of the movie The Descendants released in 2012.
