Located on the sublime Ko'a Kea Hotel, this gourmet restaurant is one of Kauai's best restaurants. The award-winning restaurant offers contemporary US cuisine with a Hawaiian flair and good local and seasonal ingredients. We recommend the shrimp curry-coconut bisque and the filet mignon. A little expensive but so good! The Chef proposes a tasting menu with scallops, Mahi en croûte and passion fruit cheesecake. From Thursday to Monday the restaurant also offers a sushi-bar with an extensive menu.
