No less than 6 campgrounds have been established in or near Harrison Hot Springs in recent years. Within the boundaries of Sasquatch Provincial Park, three campgrounds are located on the shores of small lakes. Campgrounds operate on a first-come, first-served basis. The park is named after a mythical creature from the Salish tradition called Sasquatch (half-man, half-beast), more commonly known as Bigfoot.
