Pas de coupe à vin et ustensiles pour les chambres verre en carton pour le vin qui goûtait le carton obligé de m'acheter des ustensiles et verre à vin chez dollarama

Tapis, poussiéreux à mort, je dors avec un masque tellement c'est poussièreux, c'est dégueulasse.

Chambre rustique avec quelques ports USB comme nouveautés. Wifi haute vitesse lorsque présent. Salle de bain pourrait-être plus propre. Personnel à la réception très accueillant. Tv canaux basses qualités

I thought Gouverneur was a pretty nice hotel chain, Every Gouverneur hotel I visited was great but this one is awful. Sure, the beds are really comfortable, but the rooms desperately need a refresh. Old carpeting, old furniture, really old AC/Heating system that clearly needs to be cleaned.
Service was not all that good either. They are short-staffed, like pretty much every employer but I would still expect more from such a hotel chain. The breakfast only included a muffin, a yogurt, tender bar, piece of cheese and Oasis juice box.

J’ai payé avec ma carte de crédit au moment de quitter, mais pour des raisons que j’ignore après 5mois ils m’ont chargé les factures de trois personnes que je connais même pas.
Ne fait pas affaire avec eux, Cherche ailleurs pour avoir l’esprit tranquille.????????????????
