Museum housing models of prehistoric landscapes populated by dinosaurs and exhibits on the geology of Parrsboro.
Established in 1993, the Fundy Geological Museum includes an exhibit gallery, a laboratory area and a gift store. The program includes models of prehistoric dinosaur landscapes, a mineral collection and exhibits on the geology of the region, tracing 200 million years of history in the province. From Thursday to Sunday in the summer, guided field trips are offered, as well as packages that allow you to combine a visit to the museum with a horseback riding excursion and lodging, for example.
