An out-and-back trail east of the city of Whitehorse, with many wildflowers, accessible by car or on foot.
To the east of the city, near the S.S. Klondike National Historic Site, take the Grey Mountain Road to a great view of the city of Whitehorse. Accessible by car, if you're driving slowly, or on foot. The Grey Mountain Road is a 5.3-kilometre round-trip trail. Accessible to all, you'll see many wildflowers along the way, and in the distance you'll see Marsh Lake and the surrounding mountains. The best time for the trail is between April and September. Outside of this period, snow is abundant.
