Elaine is the owner of the establishment which is of Quebec origin and has been in Field for about 20 years. She welcomes you in French. She also puts her kitchen at your disposal so that you can concoct your own dishes according to your desires. Passionate about wild animals, she has named her house Coyote's Den (Coyote's Den). A simply cosy and warm place where you feel good!
