An establishment that properly honours the tradition of English tea! This "tea house" is named after Canada's First Lady, Lady Agnes MacDonald. The wife of Canada's first Prime Minister, Sir John A. Macdonald, visited Agnes Lake in 1886 and was so impressed by the beauty of the scenery that the place took her name. At an altitude of 2,135 metres and following a short 3.5-kilometre hike, the selection of teas, sandwiches and soups is well deserved and can be enjoyed without moderation!
