Aloha! When you arrive in Seattle you will succumb to the poké bars, these Hawaiian restaurants that flourish all over the West Coast, quite close to the archipelago. While some are more or less inventive chains, others are creative in the choice of raw fish marinades, and especially in sauces. Because the concept consists in creating your bowl with the ingredients presented on the buffet, practical when you don't know the names. This one (which has just opened two other stores in Seattle) serves particularly tasty pokes and is ideally located next to the art museum. Sweechi salmon (sweet & sour salmon) and spicy tuna were really delicious.

Ce restaurant hawaïen est un des meilleurs à Seattle. Il m'a régalé avec sa cuisine. J'ai hâte d'y revenir.
