THE HERBFARM
In 1974, two nature lovers bought a former farm and began cultivating aromatic herbs. 35 years later, this Herb Farm is a culinary reference in the Seattle area. In this renovated farmhouse, the decoration is made of antiques and objects collected throughout the world. The kitchen is gastronomic. The products come from the garden or small local producers: mushrooms, fruit, home cheeses, and some treasures like a homemade caviar. A rich selection of wines. Before dinner, a small tour of the farm is required to admire the garden and the pigs. Possibility to spend the night on the spot. An address for gourmets and big budget!
