What is the latest hipster trend in Seattle? Eat organic, local, ultra-vegetated food in a stylish location, especially in the Belltown district. This farm to table restaurant (which is sourced from nearby farms up to 360 miles away, hence the name) combines all these codes and attracts a trendy crowd. Rightly so, because the food is wonderful, because of the quality of the ingredients. The best plan is to come during happy hour (from 3pm to 6pm) where a selection of dishes is offered at unbeatable prices as well as inventive beers and cocktails. At lunch and dinner time, we opt for dishes to share or "garden" (vegetarian), "sea" or "ranch" dishes. The wild salmon with giant radish, braised leek and potatoes was divine.
