This is an original youth hostel where local artists have had carte blanche to decorate and repaint the interior, just like Belltown's avant-garde neighbourhood. The comfort is certainly rudimentary but the rooms are clean and bright. You can do almost anything in this hostel, surf the Internet, read a book in the library, prepare dinner in one of the three kitchens, grill your salmon on the barbecue in the garden... The atmosphere is very festive and the common areas are friendly.
