Looking for an introduction to Walloon gastronomy? Here's a warm, no-fuss place where you can eat well and locally. At Le Camerluche (slang for "comrade"), you'll receive a warm welcome (thanks to chef Loïc, the wood and the fireplace), and your belly will be filled with Chimay escabeche, beer-flavored rabbit legs or pork chop à l'berdouille, a delicious local specialty with a sauce of mustard, vinegar and chopped gherkins. The selection of craft beers is not to be outdone. We love it!
