Here is a brand new "salad bar" where the customer composes his own salad, choosing the base, then the ingredients and dressing. A la carte salads are also available, as well as gourmet ciabatta bread sandwiches. We liked the avocado salad: spinach sprouts, parmesan, mozzarella balls, freshly grated carrots, tabbouleh, marinated red cabbage, cherry tomatoes, avocado and yogurt vinaigrette. The small shop also offers fresh fruit juices. All in the heathy wave, on the spot or to take away.
