Hotel example of Flemish architecture influenced by the Holy Roman Empire in Mons
The facades of some old buildings have been repainted in bright colors. The Hôtel du Blan Lévrié is an example of Flemish architecture influenced by the Holy Roman Empire. In addition to the sign with the two greyhounds, imperial emblems can be seen on the façade. The building dates from 1530, and contrasts with the more modern buildings on the Grand Place. A fountain with 92 pumps completes the beautiful ensemble. During the Ducasse de Mons, the lively "Combat du Lumeçon" takes place here, as does the Christmas market in winter.

Very nice place
C'est ainsi qu'au moindre rayon de soleil les terrasses de café sont remplit.
Les voitures y sont interdites et elle est vraiment agréable avec ses façades magnifiques notamment l' hôtel de ville et le théâtre royal.
